Juan began working for Merrick as a carpenter in November 2022. He takes pride in his finishing work for cabinets, trim, doors and windows.
When not on the job, Juan loves spending time with his family, going on walks in the beautiful Maryland parks, and watching the latest cinematic masterpiece.
