Julio Osuna has been with Merrick Design and Build since 2006. Starting as our truck driver, he quickly became an integral part of the team working his way up to carpenter and now Home Services Technician. Julio enjoys the team atmosphere and being able to work in “harmony” with his coworkers. He likes being able to work with and train new employees to integrate them with the support of his team, before long everyone becomes part of the family. He trusts and values the organization in the company that “is growing and always doing the best.”
What does Julio like most about his job? “The many ways we are updated on the way we as a company go, and we can overview often how to improve our production. We also feel a good relationship with our bosses!”
Outside of Merrick, Julio is a true family man with children and a grandson; he loves doing any and everything with his family! “I spend time with my family on their many activities, solving their problems and helping them in many ways. The rest of the time I research history, genealogy, writings, painting for graphics, and learning video editing. I also assist a couple times a week at church, spending time with them on church activities.”
