Jose Phang

Pepe started with Merrick in 2017 helping the HR/Office management department, he re-joined the team in 2020 creating the Apartment Services Division at the height of the pandemic. This department provides services to multi complex apartment buildings. As Vice President, Pepe over sees the Apartment Services and Home Services divisions. He loves spending his free time with his beautiful wife Addie, and their two adorable kids, Kimber and Theo. His hobbies include watching football, playing poker and pool.
