Planning your home addition

When building a home addition there are two key considerations that come into play. First, carefully evaluate the available space for hidden potential and ensure the new addition seamlessly integrates with the existing structure. Secondly, setting a realistic budget and conducting thorough cost estimates helps determine the scope of the project and the materials that can be utilized.

Merrick built an addition at our house. My wife and I needed more space for a growing family and we didn't want to leave our neighborhood. We are truly thrilled with the work Merrick did. Our house is everything we wanted and more.
