Phil joined the team at Merrick in 2021. With his extensive architectural experience, the whole team is excited to have him on board. He earned his Architecture degree from Tulane University. Grew up in Buffalo, New York and worked and serval prestigious firms in the DC Metro Area before joining his good friends Addie and Pepe at Merrick to fill in for David as he move towards retirement.
When he is not busy designing breathtaking homes, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, hiking and camping.
