Addie has been tagging along in the pickup truck since she was 2, keeping the carpenters, fondly known as ‘uncles’, in line. These days she has taken a more official role in the company, joining the payroll back in 2010. She has spent summers working as a painter and helped to develop the Home Repair Department with ‘Uncle’ Mike and the Apartment Services Division with her husband, Pepe. As President of Merrick Design and Build, she is transitioning the company into the future. She is a mother of two, a spunky daughter, Kimber, and an adorable boy, Theo. The family loves going on dog walks and spending time together in the kitchen. Addie’s favorite way to unwind from all the family togetherness is with a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc out by the fire pit.
