When Claire and Francisco realized they needed more space in their Chevy Chase home to accommodate the family of five, they called on their friends at Merrick! The plan for their addition was to add a full second story to their home.

The addition would include a bedroom for each of the five family members, plus two new full bathrooms, each featuring Candlelight vanities in Hickory with Harmony doors and driftwood finish. We were also able to remodel the first-floor layout to create a more usable living space. The resulting curb appeal of Claire’s home is unique and modern, with lots of windows to bring in natural light.

The huge changes essentially gave Claire and her family a whole new home, and they couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out!
