Garrett Park is nestled in between Bethesda and Kensington. Often referred to as “North Bethesda,” it is only a five to ten minute drive to take advantage of all that downtown Bethesda has to offer. Kensington to the southeast helped establish the area of Ken-Gar in the late 19th century. The homes in Garrett Park tend to be older, and feature a wide variety of architectural styles and sizes.
